These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website gamereadyfit.com (the "Site") and the youth athletic training services provided by Game Ready Fitness ("Game Ready Fitness," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 12351 Grant Street, Unit 300, Thornton, CO 80241. By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
Our training programs serve youth athletes. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms, register you, and provide any required consents on your behalf. By registering a minor, the parent or guardian represents that they have the authority to do so and agree to these Terms for that minor.
Game Ready Fitness provides athletic performance training, including group classes, small-group sessions, personal training, movement screening, and nutrition coaching. Program availability, schedules, and offerings may change. Descriptions on the Site are for general information and do not guarantee any specific result.
We may offer a free trial class or introductory session. Trials are subject to availability and may be limited to new participants. Memberships, packages, and pricing are described at sign-up and are subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase, including any third-party membership or payment platform terms. You are responsible for understanding your plan, billing cycle, and any cancellation requirements before enrolling.
Payments are processed through third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at purchase. We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment processors.
Athletic training involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating, you (and, for a minor, the parent or guardian) acknowledge these risks and represent that the participant is in suitable health to take part. You should consult a physician before beginning any training program. These Terms do not replace any separate participation agreement, liability waiver, or medical release that Game Ready Fitness may require you to sign before participating; a signed waiver controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
Participants and guardians agree to follow facility rules, coach instructions, and safety guidelines, and to treat staff and other members with respect. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or violates these Terms, without refund where permitted by law.
By providing your phone number, you may consent to receive calls and text messages from Game Ready Fitness, including scheduling and marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, training program names, and materials, are owned by or licensed to Game Ready Fitness and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular athletic or health outcome will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Game Ready Fitness and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. This Section does not waive or limit rights or claims that, under Colorado law, cannot be waived in advance.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Ready Fitness and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Adams County, Colorado, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
